Can we get a translator who can translate some sections of the law for us in writing, so we understand our rights?

SCDD Description

A person who is fluent in both English and a language other than English and can read and write accurately in both English and a language other than English.

 DDS Description

A regional center shall classify a vendor as a translator if the vendor demonstrates: (A) Fluency in both English and a language
other than English; and (B) The ability to read and write accurately in both English and a language other than English.
