This service focuses on helping adults obtain employment. This may include job coaching for a group of self-advocates doing paid work in the community. The job coach teaches the skills needed for the job and helps the group work together to complete their tasks.
DDS DescriptionGroup supported employment services are provided by a single job coach to a group of individuals engaged in paid work that is integrated in the community. Supported employment vendors shall meet the definitions, requirements and standards in Title 17 of the CCR subchapter 21 for Habilitation Services Program, as well as the new components listed.
