Can the regional center help me participate in Special Olympics?

SCDD Description

Special Olympics services support training and participation in Special Olympics activities for eligible individuals.

 DDS Description

A regional center shall classify a vendor as a Special Olympics provider if the vendor provides training and ensures consumer participation in the Special Olympics.

 Example

You want to participate in Special Olympics bowling, track, swimming, or basketball. A provider helps you train, prepare, and participate in the event.
