What type of residence can serve people with developmental disabilities who have recurring needs for skilled nursing care?

SCDD Description

A facility of 4 to 15 beds that provides 24-hour care to individuals with developmental disabilities who require intermittent recurring skilled nursing care, but who do not require continuous nursing care, and who may be considered medically fragile.

DDS Description

Facilities that provide skilled nursing services and inpatient care to consumers who would not be able to live on their own or in a care home due to the severity of their care needs.
