Is there any type of program for my adult child who is medically fragile and cannot leave the house to travel to outside programs?

SCDD Description

An In-Home Day Program provider offers day services at home for individuals who cannot attend outside programs due to medical needs. Services include structured, individualized activities such as skill-building and home-based vocational tasks. Programs must be approved by the regional center and include annual reviews to ensure they remain appropriate.
