Support to find, apply for, move into, and keep housing, including help with landlords, leases, tenancy skills, and housing crisis planning.

Housing Access Services have two parts. Housing Transition Supports help the participant prepare for and move into housing, including assessments, creating a housing plan, applying for housing, setting up utilities, coordinating the move, and developing a housing crisis plan. Housing and Tenancy Sustaining Services help the participant keep their housing, including tenant rights education, landlord relationship support, dispute resolution, eviction prevention, and ongoing tenancy skill building. These services do not cover rent or room and board.

A participant gets help completing rental applications, understanding a lease, setting up utilities, and creating a plan to avoid eviction.
