Can I get career planning and employment support to move toward meaningful work?

SCDD Description

Coordinated Career Pathways provides time-limited, person-centered employment planning and support for individuals exiting work activity programs, subminimum wage settings, or recently exiting secondary education. It helps individuals with complex barriers work toward Competitive Integrated Employment and may include career navigation and customized employment.

 DDS Description

A Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP) provider helps individuals transition to competitive integrated employment by planning and coordinating tailored, time-limited employment services.
Services support people with complex barriers, including those leaving school or subminimum wage settings, and may include career navigation and customized employment supports.

 Example

You recently left school or a work activity program and want a paid job in the community. A career pathway navigator helps you explore interests, build skills, coordinate supports, and move toward competitive integrated employment.
