Can someone help me build daily living skills at home and in the community?

SCDD Description

Support that helps a participant live more independently, participate in community life, build personal skills, and maintain daily routines.

 DDS Description

Individualized supports that help participants live more independently and participate in their community. Services may include socialization, personal skill development, community participation, recreation and leisure, home and personal care, health-related daily support, and parenting support. Services are tailored to the participant's goals, preferences, and setting, and do not include the cost of room and board.

 Example

A support worker helps a participant practice grocery shopping, meal planning, personal care routines, and using community resources.
