SCDD Description

A program with paid staff to help you learn, keep, or improve your ability to be independent, make friends, and fully participate in the community of your choice.

 DDS Description

A Community Integration Training Program provides structured support in community settings to help individuals build and maintain daily living, social, and adaptive skills. Services are typically provided on a regular schedule and are coordinated with other supports in the Individual Program Plan (IPP) to promote independence and community participation.
