A licensed psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist or other licensed professional who has completed college courses and had 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of behavior modification intervention services. They work with individuals served staff, and family members to provide hands-on training to promote success and decrease the number of challenging or dangerous behaviors.

Services that provide a variety of health care professionals to address behavioral challenges in various settings. For some of these services the primary funding sources are Medi-Cal or private insurance.

My child has seen their psychologist for 2 years and has made good progress. The psychologist thinks applied behavior analysis might be a useful approach to explore with them and has the training and experience to implement it.
