SCDD Description

Behavior Day Services provide structured daytime supports for individuals who need a behavior plan and additional behavioral support while developing skills and participating in the community.

 DDS Description

Behavioral Day Services provide structured support to help individuals build skills and participate in the community, with a focus on those who need behavior plans. Services are delivered in small staffing ratios (1:2 or 1:3) and must meet Title 17 community-based day program standards.

 Example

You attend a day program where trained staff follow your behavior support plan, help you practice coping strategies, and support safe participation in activities.
