What are some daytime options for adults with developmental disabilities where I can have help with daily health, nutrition and social needs?

SCDD Description

A program at a facility that assists with and monitors the health, nutrition, social, and daily living needs of self-advocates 18 and older during the day but does not provide medical services, such as giving medications.

 DDS Description

Service option for adult consumers to go during the day. In there programs, adult consumers learn new skills, socialize, and have their care needs met.

 Example

Instead of learning skills for a job, you want a program you can go to for a meal(s), some social interaction, staff who can monitor your health and safety, and assist you with daily needs (feeding, toileting, simple exercise, etc.)
