What are some daytime options after high school or college where I can work on basic social and safety skills?

SCDD Description

Site-based programs that assist and support self-advocates 18 or older who need help with self-care, communication, getting along with others, staying safe, etc.. Self-advocates attend the program during the day time or night time hours, but do not live there.

 DDS Description

As part of rate reform, effective January 1, 2025, this service code will be transitioning to new service code and can no longer be used.
