Can I receive home health aide support when other health plan limits are used up?

SCDD Description

Home health aide services for adults age 21 and over when available state plan limits have been exhausted and the service is medically necessary.

 DDS Description

Home health aide services for participants age 21 and older, provided when state plan home health aide benefits have been exhausted. The scope, nature, and provider qualifications for this service are the same as those furnished under the state plan and are determined by medical necessity.

An adult participant receives approved home health aide support for personal health-related care needs at home.
