A person who is trained to teach individuals how to use the bus or other forms of transportation, which will enable them to go into the community independently.

As part of rate reform, effective January 1, 2025, this service code will be transitioning to new service code and can no longer be used.

You will be starting a new job and you don't want to rely on the Paratransit service which is sometimes late. You want to learn how to take the bus, learn bus schedules, figure out when and where to get on and off, how to walk to the job after you get off the bus, and how to stay safe.
