Do your behaviors currently prevent you from accomplishing the things you would like such as getting a job, going to school, or making friends?

SCDD Description

A program in the community that supports self-advocates 18 or older who need extra help with their behaviors because they might damage property, hurt themselves, or hurt others. These programs have more staff per self-advocate because the self-advocate needs closer monitoring.

 DDS Description

As part of rate reform, effective January 1, 2025, this service code will be transitioning to new service code and can no longer be used.

 Example

Sometimes you have a hard time managing behaviors such as hurting yourself or kicking a wall. You could benefit from a program with extra staff who can give you more attention.
