 DDS Description

A Geriatric Facility provider operates a residential setting for older adults, offering 24-hour care and supervision in a home-like environment. Services include personal care, housekeeping, medication oversight, social and recreational activities, and may also include health services like therapy, nursing, and transportation. Care may be supplemented by other providers, but the facility remains responsible for overall support and safety.
